How gmsvision implements your vision

Because we look at each project individually, our 3D studio works with no flat rate price lists.
In order to process your project request as quickly as possible, we require the following documents in advance:

  • Dimensioned plans (site plan, floor plans, views, sections, etc.)
  • Photos / Environment Photos (if available)
  • Number of desired perspectives
  • View directions of the desired perspectives

After we receive your documents, we will schedule our first phone consultation in order to stake out your goals together.
You will then receive an offer that is tailored exactly to your quality requirements, price expectations and your project.

 

Preparation - Creation of 3D geometry:

The initial consultation is completed, the order issued? Our cooperation can now begin!

After reviewing the documents you have sent us, we will send you a checklist of additional data and information that we need. With the help of this newly obtained data, we will create a detailed 3D model of your design. In doing so, we attach great importance to the correct implementation of 2D planning into 3D geometry. After completing the 3D model, we will send you several 3D renderings as perspectives proposals in a Full HD resolution (1920 pixels). In this step, you will benefit from our photographic expertise.

3D Geometry

Step 01: Perspective check (1st Round of Revisions)

After the 3D renderings have been sent to you, we will contact your project manager by telephone to clarify the following aspects:

  • Implementation of the architecture
  • Perspective / picture detail
  • Lighting mood
  • Materials
  • Environment design (terrain heights, trees, shrubs, etc.)
  • Selection of furniture

At this point, we welcome your feedback and ideas and will advise you on the basis of our many years of experience. Collaborating with you and sharing our knowledge and expertise is the most important part of our workflow.

Step 02: Textured Preview (2nd Round of Revisions)

Based on our previous conversation, we will now render the preview images in a Full HD resolution (1920 pixels). We will deliver to you the generated 3D renderings asking you to check the following points:

  • Implementation of the materials
  • Implementation of environmental design (terrain heights, trees, bushes etc.)
  • Furnishing

After the 3D visualization has been sent to you, we will contact your project manager by telephone to go through the points mentioned above and, if necessary, to accept requests for revisions.

Step 03: Final Rendering (3rd Round of Revisions)

Finally, all change requests are implemented and the 3D visualization is rendered in the previously agreed-upon resolution. You’ll receive the images and be able to fine-tune small changes in brightness, color and contrast. We’ll then finalize the images and deliver the final visualization.

However, our work does not end with us sending you the final 3D visualization. In a final, debrief discussion, we will summarize the project milestones and take note of your feedback and suggestions for improvement. For us, customer feedback is crucial because it helps us to constantly improve.
